Authority: The Minnesota Housing Finance Agency (MHFA) and the local jurisdictions (the counties of Anoka, Dakota, Hennepin, Ramsey, and Washington, and the cities of Minneapolis and Saint Paul, collectively the “local jurisdictions”) are authorized to collect private data, which may include your social security number if voluntary provided, by the U.S. Housing Act of 1937 (42 U.S.C. 1437 et. seq.), Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (42 U.S.C. 2000d), the Fair Housing Act (42 U.S.C. 3601-19), the Minnesota Government Data Practices Act (Minn.
